1 Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "kv66", "platform", "we", and "our" refer to the kv66.bar website and its operating entity. "User", "member", "you", and "your" refer to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

The following methods are supported for depositing funds on kv66: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

Deposit details must be accurate. kv66 will not be responsible for any failed transactions caused by incorrect information. Fees or charges from the relevant payment provider may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on kv66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For any use of foreign currency, the applicable conversion rate is the user's own responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kv66 provides bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The eligibility criteria for participating in each promotion may vary.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is detected, kv66 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• kv66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

6 VIP Membership Program

kv66's VIP program has three tiers, determined based on the user's activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Users can advance to a higher tier based on their cumulative activity. The account must remain active and in good standing to enjoy VIP benefits. kv66 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits and members will be notified of any changes.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the kv66 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. SSL encryption and advanced security technology are used on the platform so that users can play safely.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and upon detection, the account will be permanently closed:

• Using any fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Abusing or strategically exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault occurs in any game or service, kv66 reserves the right to suspend the relevant transaction until the investigation is complete. Unusual winnings obtained as a result of a technical fault will be considered void.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives.

Under no circumstances will kv66's liability exceed the value of the relevant transaction.
